 The Second Data Centre

Playout247 announced that their second data centre at Cleveland Street, London location will go into operation end of July 07. Data centre has capacity to host 120 servers and will be primarily dedicated to Internet TV related services. It will provide centre-point for data distribution to Playout247 collocated on-line servers distributing TV and VoD media over broadband direct to home.

PRESENTATIONS STUDIO 

Playout247™ Centre has three fully equipped, all-digital, 3-camera studios with blue-screen, auto-cue, editing, make-up and green room facilities, suitable for live broadcasts or recording.

WORKFLOW SIMPLICITY  

You simply create your programme schedules using the easy to use TV-Centre™ scheduling software. This is provided free of charge along with training. You can prepare schedules remotely from your own offices or you can use scheduling facility room at the Playout247 Centre. You can easily make last minute changes to the schedules and just e-mail updated playlists to the Playout MCR.

Multiple graphic overlays can be scheduled for each event, along with logos, clocks, animations, titles, crawls and captions. 'As-run' logs can be downloaded from the Playout247 FTP site for easy confirmation of programme transmission details.
