		VISION TV Network™ is broadcasting popular TV channels from around the world. These TV channels will be available as foreign language TV Packages, either as subscription or free-to-view, to be watched on any device, including on Freeview HD set-top-boxes and TV sets.
		Vision Fibre Media™ (VFM) proposes to fund the installation and operation of a state of the art fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network, custom tailored for Multiple Dwelling Units (MDUs) in urban areas. VFM will be delivering broadband and digital TV services to be available to all residents in MDUs.
		Vision New China™ focus are Chinese cultural and business projects, with special regards to promote corporate and governmental events to expand relationship between China and the UK.

The member companies of the Vision Holding group are privately owned with common shareholders and operate a singular TV content delivery platform for major clients. The companies have assembled a talented senior management team with extensive experience in broadcast TV, IPTV, internet TV, web and apps technology, including sales and marketing.

Matt Vidmar - Chairman and CTO
Matt Vidmar has over 23 years of experience in the television broadcast industry. He worked with CFC Ltd as part of the team that pioneered electronic film post-production. CFC won two Oscars for its technical work in this field. Matt founded Connexion in 1988 and ON-AIR Systems in 1997. Matt was the original inventor, introducing to the broadcast market "Integrated Playout" solution:–video servers with built in playout automation, interactive graphics, vision mixing and shared storage, enabling content transfers via the computer networks; technology has been harnessed to simplify TV station workflow and drastically decrease running costs. His latest achievement is VisionIPTV™ -totally integrated Internet Broadcast Management and Delivery System, centralizing and simplifying global broadcast and VoD on-line operation.
John Mills - CEO VisionIPTV Ltd
Co-founder of VisionIPTV in 2007, with over 10 years experience in the IPTV market. As Commercial Director of Homechoice, the UK's first major IPTV service, he was responsible for the development of commercial strategy to exploit the potential of IPTV, gaining invaluable insight and experience in what this medium can offer content providers and advertisers. Background in senior sales management roles with Royal Mail and Procter and Gamble.
Petra Oblak - CEO Playout247 Ltd
Petra Oblak has twelve years of experience managing broadcast services facilities and is very well known and regarded within the industry for her talent in managing good client/service provider relationships. She is an expert in all aspects of new TV channel launches from licensing stage to consulting with clients on how to grow their businesses.
Robert Spearpoint - Business Development Director
A senior business executive with a blue chip background in marketing and operations across the Middle East, UK and USA with companies such as American Express, Cable & Wireless and Intercontinental Hotels. Robert was more recently involved with Homechoice gaining unique experience in the world of IPTV. Later joining VisionIPTV, Robert uses his experience in delivering business and relationships, establishing VisionIPTV as a quality and successful organisation.
Tanya Vidmar - Satellite TV Sales Director
Tanya has over ten years experience in sales and marketing in the media business. She worked in Sanoma Magazines in Russia and Russo-British Chamber of Commerce as a sales and marketing manager. Tanya joined the Playout247 team almost four years ago and successfully develops good relations with new customers and helps them launch new television channels all over the world. She has a strong academic background in the media industry and speaks several European languages.
Luke Kennedy - Internet TV Sales Director
Luke has worked nearly twenty years in the broadcast and IPTV business. Over seven years at the heart of the worlds pioneering IPTV platform Homechoice, now Talk Talk, in the UK and subsequently consulting across Europe for major TV platforms. This experience has lead to one of the deepest understanding of the requirements of delivering a compelling IPTV platform business, and the broad spectrum of components necessary to do so.
Roni Whiteside - Projects Director
Roni has over 20 years of experience in the broadcast industry. He holds a Degree in Theoretical Physics and studied Business Management at London City College. With extensive software development experience he has been responsible for producing a suite of market leading broadcast automation applications while his natural project management skills facilitated the system design and integration of numerous TV stations around the world. He was responsible for setting up the group's flagship TV playout centre in London delivering a wide range of broadcast services to many TV channels over the years.
