Matt Vidmar has over 23 years of experience in the television broadcast industry. He worked with CFC Ltd as part of the team that pioneered electronic film post-production. CFC won two Oscars for its technical work in this field. Matt founded Connexion in 1988 and ON-AIR Systems in 1997. Matt was the original inventor, introducing to the broadcast market “Integrated Playout” solution:–video servers with build in playout automation, interactive graphics, vision mixing and shared storage, enabling content transfers via the computer networks; technology simplified TV station workflow and drastically decreased running costs. His latest achievement is VisionIPTV™ -totally integrated Internet Broadcast Management and Delivery System, centralizing and simplifying global broadcast and VoD on-line operation.  

Petra Oblak has nine years of experience managing broadcast services facility and is very well known and regarded within the industry for her talent in managing good client/service provider relationships. She is an expert in all aspects of new TV channel launches from licensing stage to consulting clients how to grow their businesses. 

John has had over seven years experience in the IPTV services market working mainly for Video Networks Ltd, an acknowledged pioneer in this field. As Commercial Director, John led the team responsible for exploiting the potential of video on demand and IPTV with third parties. He developed VNL’s proposition to the advertising market, positioning it as an innovative test bed for brands looking to explore the opportunities in a non-linear TV world and striking deals with major brands like Tesco, Honda, P&G and What Car?  John also pioneered VNL’s interactive strategy, bringing immersive web content to the TV screen for applications like real-time information and games. Whilst at Homechoice, John identified a growing interest amongst certain organisations to create their own IPTV platform focused on the specific requirements of particular markets. Prior to joining VNL, John held senior sales roles in Procter and Gamble and Royal Mail.

Tanya has over six years experience in sales and marketing in the media business.
She joined the Playout247 team almost two years ago and successfully develops good relations with new customers and helps them launch new television channels all over the world. She has a strong academic background of the media industry and speaks few European languages.

Roni Whiteside has 18 years of software development experience working with Matt Vidmar in very successful architect/executor tandem which produced numerous market leading applications.

Hanieh recently joined Playout247 and she is in charge of scheduling, capturing, supervises media ingest and the studios.
