Solution for worldwide monitoring of satellite and terrestrial off-air broadcast, IPTV and Internet streams for continuity with signal quality measurements.
Service can be configured to provide any combination of supported facilities:
- Installation of required receiving equipment for coverage of European, North American, South American, African and/or Asian continent.
- Recording of transport stream sample files with FTP delivery to provide accurate quality analysis. TS files are recorded as streamed from the satellite without any decoding to provide accurate measurements of transmitted bitrate etc...
- Compliance recording with Internet VoD publishing providing web browser archive searching and viewing.
- Continuous Internet streaming enabling visual monitoring anywhere in the world via custom MultiViewer Web Interface providing email broadcast discontinuity alerts.
- Service is available as turn-key installation or as outsourced complete service solution where Playout247 will operate the system.

Client does not require to buy any equipment. Monitoring can be administered remotely via internet broadband connection on any PC with Dual Core processor, 1GByte of RAM and ATI X1300 or better graphics card.
Visual monitoring is achieved via web browser MultiViewer application and TS Reader Pro application provides stream analysis. Required TS Reader Pro MPEG-2 TS analyser software licences are provided as part of the service.
All above is included within monthly service fee. In addition one off setup fee will be charged to cover installation costs only.
